Job summary

Dioxycle is building breakthrough carbon utilization technology to convert industrial emissions into sustainable chemicals, with a goal to reduce CO2 emissions globally. The company operates from Paris and California, offering an on-site, fast-paced environment where engineers prototype from CAD to working hardware and collaborate across chemistry, mechanical and scale-up teams.

You will join the design team to push the limits of electrolyzer stacks, taking concepts from CAD to physical reality,

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on experience in mechanical design.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical parts and CAD is required.
• Experience with Product Lifecycle Management for design documentation and revisioning.
• Manufacturing experience is highly appreciated.
• Solid knowledge in fluid mechanics and thermal management is a plus.
• Good knowledge of suppliers for prototype components manufacturing.
• Experience in electrolyzer or fuel cell stack design is nice to have but not required.
• English is our daily work language.

Responsibilities

• Design new electrolyzer stacks using CAD software, from early concept to detailed drawings.
• Dimension and validate components using theoretical calculations and simulations.
• Own innovative product design initiatives in close collaboration with stack, chemistry and scale-up teams.
• Lead manufacturing planning, procurement, and supplier relationships for your stack product.
