QCS Staffing Ltd in Paris is seeking an Electrical Package Manager to oversee all aspects of electrical packages on data centre projects. Based in Paris, the role covers design, procurement, contract governance, pre-construction, mobilisation and delivery through to handover with a zero-defects ambition.

You will lead a safety-first culture, ensure client safety standards, and collaborate with Project Lead and stakeholders to align packages with cost, schedule and quality targets.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering general contractor or developer roles for DC Development projects.
• Experience in managing complex projects.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget with exemplary safety, quality, and sustainability records.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills as well as excellent communication abilities.
• Applicable Safety for Managers training.

Responsabilités

• Manage all aspects of electrical packages from design to hand over.
• Lead a safety-first culture in electrical package management.
• Coordinate with Project Lead and stakeholders; act as a key interface for the package.
• Ensure client safety standards are applied to achieve zero accidents on projects.
• Oversee procurement, contract governance, pre-construction, mobilisation and commercial aspects.
