Job summary

EVEREC in Toulouse is seeking a Flight Control Actuation Systems Engineer to own the selection, development and integration of electromechanical actuators used in flight control and ground steering for ERA regional aircraft programmes.

Within the Aircraft Controls team you will coordinate suppliers, define power needs, and craft specifications for design, production, installation and maintenance, while supporting certification and flight test activities across the programme.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in aerospace design or systems engineering
• Experience with electromechanical actuators
• Strong communication across disciplines
• Fluent English required

Responsibilities

• Support aircraft-level architecture trade studies alongside Systems Architects
• Define power requirements and installation constraints for flight control actuation systems
• Develop technical specifications covering: Design, Production, Installation, Maintenance
• Manage and coordinate actuator suppliers
• Develop actuator and system integration test procedures
• Support certification documentation and compliance activities
• Support production, ground testing and flight test programmes
