Job summary

Airbus Defence and Space SAS in Toulouse, France seeks a Commodity Buyer to manage end-to-end procurement for critical EGSE for the FAL. You will drive strategic negotiations with key suppliers and accelerate industrialization for satellite constellations.

The role involves leading supplier tendering, contract management, risk assessment, and cross-functional collaboration within EGSE teams, ensuring compliance and delivery of best-in-class procurement services.

Qualifications

• Solid background in procurement negotiation and contract management.
• Experience in supplier relationship management and leading cross-functional projects.
• Knowledge of Ground Support Equipment (GSE) is a plus.
• Advanced English skills required for international collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supplier tendering processes (RFI/RFQ/RFP).
• Negotiate optimal commercial and contractual terms to drive competitiveness.
• Manage contracts throughout their lifecycle with compliant practices.
• Identify and mitigate contractual and operational risks.
• Monitor supplier performance and build strategic supplier relationships.
• Represent the department in cross-functional teams and customer proposals.
