Babilou’s KidsCare by Babilou Family in Luxembourg is seeking an Educator-Assistant for a 20h/week, fixed-term position at a creche. You will welcome children aged 2 months to 12 years, support daily routines, and contribute to safe, nurturing environments combining language, creativity and discovery.

Fluent French is required; other languages are an asset. You will join a dedicated team committed to the Éducation Durable® approach and best practices in early childhood education.

Qualifications

• You hold a qualification allowing you to work as a childcare assistant in Luxembourg.
• Fluent in French; English, Luxembourgish and other languages are assets.
• You are caring, attentive and enjoy working as part of a team.
• You are dynamic, organised, adaptable and motivated by supporting young children.

Responsabilités

• Welcome and support children and their families with care and kindness.
• Support children in daily routines, independence and early development.
• Ensure safety and well-being while respecting individual pace and needs.
• Participate in age-appropriate activities that support development and interests.
• Contribute to the educational project and promote Kidscare best practices.
• Work as part of the team and maintain smooth daily centre operations, following health and safety procedures.

Your Profile

• You hold a qualification allowing you to work as a childcare assistant in Luxembourg (CAP AEPE, BTS Sanitaire et Social, BEA training, DAP Auxiliary Care, DEAP, eligible Bachelor or Bachelor's degree, or an equivalent recognised qualification).
• You are fluent in French; English, Luxembourgish and any other language are considered an asset.
• You are caring, attentive and enjoy working as part of a team.
• You are dynamic, organised, adaptable and motivated by supporting young children.

What We Offer

• A fixed-term contract (CDD) 20h/week to 18/12 working 5 days/week ;
• Salary based on your qualification.
