Responsibilities

We are looking for a passionate EDA Solution Engineer to join our dynamic team of Sales & Applications experts. In this role, you will collaborate with engineers, researchers, and customers to provide best‑in‑class solutions for high‑speed digital and RF/microwave designs. Since this role is highly customer‑facing and sales‑oriented, we are seeking candidates with an outgoing, proactive, and self‑starting personality. You should feel energized by engaging with customers, initiating outreach, and building strong professional relationships. • Partner with customers to provide technical expertise and innovative solutions in RF Component/System Design, Signal Integrity, Power Integrity, SERDES, or Memory Design.
• Support EDA tool integration and optimization for cutting‑edge electronic and semiconductor designs.
• Assist customers in best practice adopting the software tools and optimize their success within customers’ design flows.
• Stay at the forefront of industry trends and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive product enhancements.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing, fostering inclusivity and innovation in our global community.
• Fluency in French and English.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Keysight EDA tools (ADS, SystemVue) or equivalent industry‑standard EDA tools.
• A proactive mindset with strong customer engagement skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to confidently present, persuade, and build relationships.
• Hands‑on experience in at least one of the following areas: RF Component or RF System Design.
• Applications Engineering experience.
• Knowledge of RF & High‑Speed Digital, RF/Microwave, or Electronic System Level Design concepts.
• A self‑starter attitude, comfortable with outreach and initiating customer interactions.

• Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Deep expertise in High‑Speed Digital Design & Verification.
• Proven experience in Design Engineering, Application Engineering, or Customer Interaction.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and support colleagues, fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace.
• Knowledge/experience with Signal Integrity/Power Integrity.
• Knowledge/experience with SERDES Design.
• Knowledge/experience with Memory Design.
