Job summary

NovaSpace is seeking a highly motivated manager with 5–7 years of experience in project and contract management for institutional contracts, focusing on Earth observation, science communication, and user outreach. You will lead end-to-end project efforts, manage client relations, and support team recruitment in an international setting.

Qualifications

• End-to-end management of institutional framework contracts, including budget tracking, support to invoicing, proposal writing, and contract administration.
• Business development support: client meetings, follow-up, opportunity identification, conference attendance.
• End-to-end project leadership for strategic communication mandates.
• Team management support including recruitment and resource planning.
