The Learning Experience is seeking an Assistant Teacher in Île-de-France to join our team. You will support teachers, help implement the LEAP Curriculum®, and create a welcoming, safe environment for infants to preschool children.

You will communicate with families, participate in daily care routines, and collaborate with center staff to drive enrollment and engagement. A high school diploma or GED is required, with a passion for early childhood education and a commitment to health and safety

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; ECE coursework preferred.
• Minimum age 18.
• Experience in childcare or demonstrable passion for early childhood education.
• Meet state and federal health and safety requirements including immunizations.

Responsabilités

• Lead classroom activities alongside teachers to create a welcoming, safe space for children to learn and grow.
• Support curriculum implementation of the L.E.A.P. Curriculum® for Infants, Toddlers, and/or Preschool children.
• Prioritize safety and nurture the environment for optimal development.
• Communicate with families about progress using apps and in-person discussions.
• Collaborate with center staff to drive retention, enrollment, and engagement goals.
• Build warm relationships with families and colleagues to foster a learningthrough-play culture.
