RDN CONS is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Agent for an international hospitality client. The role begins with two months of on-site training in Greece, then transitions to remote work from anywhere in Greece.

This entry-level, full-time position offers training and long-term remote flexibility within the hospitality sector. Candidates should be fluent in Dutch and have at least English at B2 level, with strong communication and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch (C1 level) with strong communication skills.
• English at B2 level or higher.
• Basic computer literacy to navigate internal systems and tools.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer support in Dutch via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist with hotel reservations, booking modifications, and inquiries.
• Deliver clear, accurate, customer-focused solutions.
