International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Global Headquarters in Paris seeks a six-month full-time internship in the Dispute Resolution Services, Marketing and Promotion – Engagements and Initiatives team, starting February 2027. You will support events, manage digital platforms, promote activities, and assist with press relations.

You'll compile data, create dashboards in PowerBI, prepare promotional materials, draft minutes and briefing papers, and help organize both in-person and virtual

Qualifications

• Are a student in marketing, communications, management, business, international relations and related fields with strong academic credentials and prior work or internship experience.
• Fluent in English. Knowledge of French and/or another language would be an advantage.
• Have strong attention to detail and a rigorous attitude.
• Are skilled to use computer tools (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams Meetings, Internet, Zoom and PDF, Canva, Sharepoint, PowerBI.)
• Knowledge of project management, analytics, design, photography, and editing platforms would be a plus.

Responsabilités

• Logistical support with the organisation of events and initiatives.
• Maintenance and support on DRS community platforms (Alumni DRS, Alumni Court, ICC YAAF).
• Promotion of events via correspondence with contacts, sponsors, and partners; prepare emails and promotional material.
• Assist with archiving ICC DRS articles and news publications for press relations.
• Compile statistics for periodical reports.
• Analyse and create PowerBI data dashboards.
• Support with guidelines and best practice toolkits.
• Day-to-day community management of social media platforms.
• Prepare documents, PowerPoint presentations, webpage updates, feedback forms.
• Draft minutes and briefing materials for meetings.
• Organize in-person and virtual events via Teams/Live Events or Zoom.
• Moderate meetings/ visits as needed.
• Handle other tasks to ensure smooth team functioning.
