TotalEnergies is seeking a Drilling & Wells Engineer to join the OneTech branch in an international setting. You will contribute to preparation, optimization, and monitoring of drilling, completion, and well intervention work across affiliates worldwide.

You will gain insight into energy transition ambitions while developing your operational skills through close collaboration with affiliates and headquarters teams. This role offers exposure to diverse projects and technologies.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or Master’s in Drilling and Wells.
• At least 3 years of experience in drilling, completion, well intervention, or well engineering.
• Strong command of English (C1) and ability to work in international settings.
• Analytical, synthesis, and problem‑solving skills; team‑oriented mindset.

Responsabilités

• Participate in engineering studies related to drilling, completion, and well intervention activities.
• Carry out assignments in affiliates when required.
• Contribute to preparation and monitoring of operations.
• Provide technical support and engineering studies as requested by affiliates.
• Perform performance analyses and monitor deviations with corrective actions.
• Participate in technical reviews and risk assessments.
• Contribute to deployment of best practices and new technologies.
• Collaborate with operational teams, project teams, and technical experts.
• Serve as the primary contact for Drilling & Completion activities.

Join the Drilling & Wells teams within TotalEnergies' OneTech branch and contribute to the preparation, optimization, and monitoring of drilling, completion, and well intervention operations for TotalEnergies affiliates around the world. You will work in an international, collaborative environment with a strong focus on technical innovation.

As part of the Drilling & Wells Technical Line within the OneTech branch, you will gain insight into the Company’s energy transition ambitions while continuing to develop your operational skills through close interaction with both affiliates and headquarters teams. You will also prepare for future career opportunities within the Company, particularly in its Exploration & Production affiliates involved in drilling and well activities.

Activities

You will be expected to :

• Participate in engineering studies related to drilling, completion, and well intervention activities ;
• Carry out assignments in affiliates when required ;
• Contribute to the preparation and monitoring of operations ;
• Provide technical support and engineering studies at the request of affiliates ;
• Perform performance analyses, monitor operational deviations, and ensure the implementation of corrective actions ;
• Participate in technical reviews and risk assessments ;
• Contribute to the deployment of best practices and new technologies ;
• Work closely with the Company's operational teams, project teams, and technical experts ;
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Drilling & Completion activities.

Candidate Profile

You have :

• An Engineering degree or a Master’s degree specialized in Drilling and Wells ;
• At least 3 years of experience in drilling, completion, well intervention, or well engineering ;
• A strong interest in technical subjects, problem-solving, and continuous improvement ;
• The ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment ;
• A good command of professional English (C1 level) ;
• Strong analytical, synthesis, and problem-solving skills ;
• A team-oriented mindset, technical curiosity, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
