Mantle8 is seeking a Maturation Lead to advance strategic exploration assets from permit acquisition to drill‑ready projects. You will orchestrate geology, geochemistry and geophysics workflows, drive technical maturation, and refine models for decision‑oriented exploration strategies.

Qualifications

• Subsurface exploration experience in Oil & Gas, Mining, or related industries.
• Proven track record advancing projects from early-stage prospectivity to drill-ready targets.
• Deep expertise in geology, geophysics, or geochemistry with working knowledge of the others.
• Ability to integrate multidisciplinary datasets into coherent exploration models.
• Experience designing and managing complex exploration or appraisal programs.
• Strong understanding of uncertainty, risk assessment, and decision-making in subsurface exploration.
• Hands-on operator with strategic thinking and execution capability.

Responsabilités

• Lead the full technical maturation strategy for selected projects.
• Define and execute end-to-end maturation workflows from permit to drill readiness.
• Translate early-stage prospectivity into robust, drillable targets.
• Prioritize and sequence technical activities to maximize value and de-risk ahead of drilling.
• Orchestrate multidisciplinary subsurface integration into a unified interpretation framework.
• Drive collaboration across internal teams and external partners for the maturation program.
• Design and manage advanced exploration programs and deployment of technologies like HOREX.
• Specify technical programs, data acquisition strategies, and interpretation workflows.
• Balance cost, risk, and information gain in technical decisions.
• Provide integrated subsurface models and target definitions to support drilling decisions.
