Description du poste

The Company

Founded in 2022, Filigran is a global cybersecurity company on a mission to empower defense teams to be proactive through open-source solutions that uncover threats and drive action.

Filigran stands out in the cybersecurity ecosystem through its open-source, AI-powered and threat-informed approach to Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM). Our eXtended Threat Management (XTM) platform brings together threat intelligence, exposure validation and cyber risk reduction, enabling organizations to better understand their threat landscape and take action.

At the heart of Filigran is our open-source approach. Our vision is to unite defenders into a global community to make security more open, resilient and collaborative.

As Filigran continues to scale globally, we are building the organization, infrastructure and capabilities needed for our next stage of growth. How we scale matters just as much as how fast we scale: our CORE values: Cohesion, Openness, Responsibility and Equity shape how we work together, make decisions and build for the future.

The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on, globally experienced People leader and builder to help take Filigran’s People organization through its next stage of scale.

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you’ll lead our global People Operations, Payroll and Total Rewards capabilities across Europe, North America and APJ.

With ~300 employees across 18 countries, the challenge is not simply to build more People infrastructure — it’s to build smarter infrastructure. You’ll help create a scalable, technology- and AI-first People operating model that combines strong regional execution with effective systems, automation, and agentic AI.

This is a builder and player-coach role. You’ll be expected to challenge how work gets done, simplify before adding complexity, automate before adding headcount, and build the People capabilities needed to support Filigran’s next stage of growth.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead and scale global People Operations, continuously building and improving the operating model, team and infrastructure required to support Filigran’s next stage of growth across Europe, North America, APJ and beyond.

  • Lead and develop our regional People Ops and Payroll teams, creating clear accountability, strong regional expertise and consistent global execution, with a strong focus on employee lifecycle experience.

  • Build and continuously optimize an AI-first People operating model through process automation that simplifies and systemizes repeatable work; agentic AI that autonomously handles complex, low-risk, multi-step workflows requiring reasoning, decisions and escalation; and an integrated People technology ecosystem that connects systems, workflows and data into scalable infrastructure.

  • Own global payroll operations, working with internal specialists and external providers to ensure accuracy, strong controls and timely multi-country execution.

  • Own global Total Rewards operations, including compensation cycles, benchmarking, benefits, equity reporting and vendor management, in partnership with the CPO on strategy.

  • Oversee global employment compliance and mobility, including regional compliance, immigration, EORs and entity-related People requirements, leveraging local experts and counsel where appropriate.

  • Use People data and insights to proactively identify organizational trends, risks and opportunities, translating them into practical actions for leaders and the wider People team.

  • Support organizational design and workforce planning, bringing data, organizational insight and implementation capability to CPO-led decisions.

  • Support managers on routine performance, employee relations, workforce matters and organizational change.

  • Remain hands-on and execution-oriented, moving fluidly between team leadership, systems and agent design, process improvement and complex operational problem-solving.

Who You’ll Work With

  • Chief People Officer — partnering closely on People priorities, Total Rewards strategy and the evolution of our global People operating model.

  • People Operations and Payroll teams — leading and developing these capabilities globally.

  • Broader People teams — partnering across the broader People organization.

  • People Managers, Finance, Legal, and IT — partnering on employee matters, payroll, rewards, compliance, systems and global operations.

  • External partners and advisors — including EORs, payroll and benefits providers, employment counsel and mobility partners.

Profile We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years of progressive HR / People experience, with leadership across People Operations and Total Rewards.

  • Proven experience helping scale a global B2B SaaS, cybersecurity or enterprise technology company from approximately 300+ employees through significant growth.

  • Strong global experience across Europe, North America and APJ, including multiple entities, EORs and European employment environments.

  • Significant experience across People Operations, Payroll, Total Rewards, Systems, and Compliance, with a track record of building infrastructure for scale.

  • Highly technology- and AI-oriented, with demonstrated experience using automation, AI agents and agentic workflows to redesign work and increase People team capacity.

  • Strong systems, data and commercial mindset, able to connect People infrastructure, insights and decisions to business priorities.

  • Strong people leader who builds high-performing teams through trust, clarity, development and accountability.

  • High EQ and strong influencing skills — collaborative, low-ego and direct, with the ability to build credibility, challenge constructively and navigate complex international dynamics.

  • Hands-on, player-coach mentality, equally comfortable partnering with leaders and directly solving operational, systems and organizational problems in a fast-growing, global, remote-first environment.

  • Fluent in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
