Kentucky Community and Technical College System System Office in Versailles, KY seeks a System Director of Safety and Emergency Services to lead safety, environmental health, crisis management, and Title IX compliance across the system. The role guides emergency planning, training, and coordination with Safety and Security managers at system colleges, with a focus on hazard‑based risk identification and incident response.

Hybrid work requires on-site 3 days weekly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and four years of relevant experience or equivalent are required.

Responsabilités

• Provides operational leadership, direction, and training to the staff of the Division of Safety and Emergency Services and KCTCS college employees involved in the office's functional areas.
• Coordinates and conducts emergency response training exercises and maintains readiness of CMT/ERT.
• Manages contracts for safety, environmental, and health management services across the system.
