Metrologic Group is seeking a Product Director to lead the next evolution of our metrology software portfolio (X4, iRobot, Silma…), serving manufacturing environments worldwide. This hands-on leadership role shapes strategy, UX modernization, and portfolio scoping within a new Industrial Metrology Business Unit.

You’ll collaborate across hardware and software teams, drive customer-centric prioritization, and guide portfolio transformation while maintaining a clear view of market needs and growth

Qualifications

• 7+ years of B2B product management in industrial software.
• Experience transforming complex software portfolios with UX/UI modernization.
• Strong software–hardware integration knowledge; mechatronic systems a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle across a diverse metrology software portfolio.
• Define product positioning, differentiators, and value proposition.
• Lead UX/UI transformation to improve usability and accessibility.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales on GTM strategies.
