Wabtec seeks a Director of Sustainability Europe to lead ESG reporting, regulatory compliance, and strategy across Europe in the Transit business. You will influence senior leaders, coordinate disclosures, and drive cross-functional initiatives with Finance, Legal, Procurement, EHS, and Communications.

The role requires strong regulatory expertise, stakeholder engagement, and a commercial mindset to align sustainability with business growth and market opportunities.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 8+ years in sustainability, ESG, or related disciplines.
• Experience building programs in multinational industrial/transportation contexts.
• Strong knowledge of CSRD, ESRS, EU Taxonomy, GRI, ISSB, TCFD.

Mansioni

• Coordinate ESG reporting and regulatory support across Europe.
• Lead implementation of sustainability strategy across Transit and European operations.
• Advise senior leadership on regulatory implications for strategy and governance.
• Support commercial teams with ESG inquiries and supplier assessments.
• Represent Wabtec in sustainability forums and industry groups.
