Ubisoft in Paris is seeking a Director, Campaign Program Management to lead a newly formed team bridging Creative Houses and cross‑functional experts to ensure on‑time, on‑budget, scalable campaign delivery.

You will spearhead governance, budgeting, and process excellence, oversee end‑to‑end workflows, and mentor a team of Campaign Program Managers across franchises. Based at our Saint‑Mandé office, this role reports to the Head of Campaign Content Operations.

• Proven experience leading cross-functional campaigns and teams.
• Strong governance, budgeting, and ROI optimization.
• Ability to scale operations across franchises and global teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and change leadership.

Responsabilités

• Define and lead governance model for campaign planning and budgeting.
• Drive standardization of processes and tools across Creative Houses.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery, timelines, and asset quality.
• Coach and scale a high-performing Campaign Program Management team.
• Partner with Franchise Marketing Leads to align strategy and priorities.
• Provide strategic reporting and insights to leadership.
