mc2i, cabinet de conseil indépendant, recherche un(e) Talent Acquisition Consultant pour rejoindre ses équipes à Paris. Vous accompagnerez le recrutement sur des projets de transformation digitale, notamment dans le secteur Banking & Finance, en mode agile et axé client.

Vous êtes diplômé d'une grande école ou d'une université avec intérêt pour la banque et la finance, et vous maîtrisez le français. autonomie, sens du service et leadership seront valorisés.

Qualifications

• Formation supérieur en ingénierie, commerce ou université.
• Maîtrise du français exigée.
• Intérêt pour le secteur Banque et Finance.

Responsabilités

• Analyser les besoins clients et proposer des solutions.
• Rédiger des spécifications fonctionnelles et documents d'exigences.
• Pilotage des projets et coordination des parties prenantes.
• Faire liaison entre équipes techniques et métiers.
• Accompagner le changement et la formation des utilisateurs.

Description de l'emploi :

After a training period, you will be able to work on one or more phases projects:

• Gather and analyze your client's needs

• Benchmark solutions

• Translate user needs through the drafting of functional specifications and/or requirements documents

• Project management and coordination of its various stakeholders: leading steering committees

• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units

• Test and validate the developed solution

• Support to user training and change management

• Deployment assistance

If you join the team, you will be able to:

• Join one of the teams in the Banking & Finance club to work, in agile mode, on future challenges facing our clients: digital banking, digital auditing.

• Participate in meetings with startups, trade shows, and conferences

• Participate in various training programs offered by the firm, as well as create and deliver internal or school-based training on core topics in the Banking and Finance sector

You will work with our major clients in the sector: BNPP, SG, BPCE...

Votre profil :

With a higher education background from an engineering school, business school, or university with an interest in the Banking and Finance sector, you are seeking a permanent position in consulting and new technologies. You speak French fluently.

Passionate about the challenges of digital and banking transition, you want to join a dynamic team to support sector clients on high-value-added projects.

Agile, with a strong sense of service, you are autonomous with a leadership mindset. You have excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude: you will make a difference with our clients!
