Cooper Consumer Health is seeking a Supply Chain Engineer – Tools & Processes to join our digital transformation journey in Europe. You will bridge supply chain processes, data and digital tools to support continuous improvement.

Based in Paris or Melun, you will analyze, document and enhance end-to-end SCM activities, develop dashboards and drive AI-enabled innovations with IT and Data teams. This role offers exposure to ERP and analytics, and opportunities to shape how we deploy AI, automation

Qualifications

Master's or engineering degree in a related field with strong SCM foundations.
3 to 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, analytics or digital transformation.
Experience in multinational environments and working with IT and data teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with data-driven approach.

Responsabilités

Act as the link between Supply Chain processes, data and digital tools.
Analyze, document and improve SCM processes across planning, procurement, manufacturing and logistics.
Support deployment and adoption of SCM systems and digital solutions.
Develop dashboards, KPIs and analytics to monitor SCM performance.
Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation and advanced analytics.
Train end-users and support change management during transformation.
