Job summary

The Island (Paris) at Pernod Ricard is hiring a Digital Marketing Intern for 6 months from March 2027 to join the Havana Club marketing team. You’ll gain hands-on experience across social media and influencer management, from ideation to production and community management in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

You will support Brand Manager, Social Media & Influencer Management and Digital Ecosystem Manager with social channels, WordPress websites, SEO, CRM assets and e-commerce

Qualifications

• Strong interest in digital marketing (social media, website management, CRM, etc.).
• Good project management skills and can work independently.
• Fluent in English; French would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor international social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube).
• Deliver influencer projects (seeding programs, events, campaigns).
• Coordinate with market teams, ambassadors and partners to source content.
• Create and distribute quarterly content toolkits.
• Build and maintain a global community network (DJs, designers, bartenders).
• Bring creative ideas to engage audiences and report performance monthly.
• Benchmark competitors and leading brands on social media.
