Job summary

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in industrial automation, strong cross-functional collaboration, and expertise in OPC-UA, Modbus, and industrial networks, with travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level engineering degree in a relevant technical discipline.
• 5+ years in industrial automation and process control within multi-site settings.
• Strong collaboration across Operations, Maintenance, Engineering and IT.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for process control and automation across EMEIA sites.
• Support PLC, HMI, SCADA, DCS and industrial communication systems.
• Troubleshoot complex automation issues and standardize architectures.
• Lead optimization initiatives using advanced controls and automation.
• Support start-ups, commissioning and validation of new equipment and projects.
• Develop IT/OT connectivity and digital manufacturing capabilities.
• Contribute to cybersecurity, documentation and system governance.
