Job summary

Opella is seeking a dynamic Digital Intern to accelerate digital transformation within the department. You will help ideate and implement projects leveraging AI to enhance product development processes, with a focus on dashboards and data management using Power BI and Smartsheet.

Ideal candidates are pursuing engineering, computer science, or business degrees, possess strong communication and teamwork skills, and are fluent in English (French a plus).

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or related field.
• Fluency in English required; French a plus (B2+).
• Interest in AI and its business applications.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on digitalization initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
• Support integration of AI tools to streamline product development workflows.
• Assist in designing and implementing dashboards and data management solutions using Power BI and Smartsheet.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and bring fresh ideas to digital projects.
• Document processes and create user guides for digital tools.

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Digital Intern to join our team and support the acceleration of digital transformation initiatives within the department. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the ideation and execution of projects that leverage digital tools and artificial intelligence to enhance product development processes.

Main responsibilities:

• Collaborate on digitalization initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and innovation.
• Support the integration of AI tools to streamline product development workflows.
• Assist in the design and implementation of dashboards and data management solutions using Power BI and Smartsheet.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and bring fresh ideas to digital projects.
• Help document processes and create user-friendly guides for digital tools.
• Work cross-functionally with various teams to gather requirements and deliver digital solutions.

About you:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Fluency in English is required, French is a big plus (at least B2 level).
• Familiarity with Power BI and Smartsheet; basic programming logic is a plus.
• Interest in artificial intelligence and its application in business processes.
• Creative mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
