Qualifications

• Master’s degree with minimum five years of higher education.
• Significant management consulting experience, especially in Corporate Finance.

Reinvent with Accenture as a Finance Manager – Aerospace & Defense Sector - Toulouse. You will work on high-impact transformation projects, combining technological and industry expertise with the advanced use of AI.

Your Key Client Responsibilities

• Optimizing our clients’ Finance functions, with a particular focus on the digitalization of operations.

• Leading change management initiatives to support large-scale business and systems transformation programs.

• Managing risk and ensuring effective governance throughout transformation projects.

• Enhancing operational efficiency, process performance, and business strategy execution.

• Supporting the strategy and transformation of IT functions, aligned with corporate strategy and evolving business needs.

• Redesigning complex information systems by helping clients analyze their processes and implement more efficient operating models.

• Managing and mentoring Accenture junior consultants on Finance transformation engagements.

• Contributing to the development of service offerings focused on the digitalization of Finance functions.

• Supporting responses to client RFPs and business development activities.

From day one, you will be supported by an Executive Director and become part of our Consulting account team based in the Toulouse region. This team specializes in improving core business processes, such as Finance, for Aerospace and Defense clients.

Your Profile

• You hold a Master’s degree (Business School, Engineering School, or University Master's degree equivalent) with a minimum of five years of higher education (Master’s level).

• You have significant experience in management consulting, particularly within Corporate Finance, with expertise in accounting, management control, treasury, and consolidation from both business and systems perspectives. Experience within the Aerospace & Defense sector is highly valued.

• You possess excellent communication skills and are able to work effectively in English. You have a proven ability to lead and motivate teams, both locally and internationally.

• You demonstrate a strong results-oriented mindset, strategic decision-making capabilities, and a clear ambition to contribute to both the company’s growth and the professional development of your team.

• You have strong analytical skills and the ability to quickly understand and address complex business challenges.

• You are willing to travel, particularly within France.

• You have excellent interpersonal skills, a strong client-service orientation, and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in team environments.

• You are creative in identifying and implementing innovative solutions.

• You have a strong interest in emerging technologies and are eager to take on new professional challenges in innovative environments.

• You have previously participated in Finance transformation projects involving both business process and systems transformation components.
