NXP in Toulouse, France, is seeking a Digital Design Engineer to support the Driver & Energy Systems product line, focusing on verification and implementation of digital IP blocks for automotive applications. You will collaborate with analog, verification and layout teams, learn the full SoC flow from integration to tape-out, and in 2–3 years may lead the SOC digital part.

The role requires a degree in Electrical/Electronic engineering, 1–2 years experience, strong scripting skills, and fluent

Qualifications

Master's/Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic engineering.
1–2 years experience in a similar role.
Excellent scripting skills (TCL, Python, Shell).
Creative problem-solving and logical analysis.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Responsabilités

Design implementation and verification of IP modules, including Safety Critical Blocks.
Learn the full flow to design a digital block across projects: SoC integration, synthesis, DFT, check CDC/RDC, STA, place & route.
Contribute to tooling and methodology improvements.
Collaborate with analog design, verification, and layout teams on Analog or Mixed-Signal.
In 2–3 years, lead the SOC digital part from design to backend and tape-out.
