Handicap International is seeking a dynamic digital communications professional in Lyon to enhance visibility and engage online communities. You will craft diverse content across platforms, respond to inquiries, and manage editorial direction for communities.

The role involves collaboration with the community manager and analytics work to measure impact and improve dashboards. English knowledge is beneficial for some meetings, and proficiency with Adobe tools is expected.

Qualifications

• Studies at university or in communication schools / digital or visual communication / political science / international relations
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Experience managing an editorial line related to communities
• Versatility and strong digital proficiency
• Proficiency with platform tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, YouTube Studio, TikTok, Agorapulse, for example)
• Required knowledge of the Adobe suite (Photoshop, XD, Premiere, etc.)
• Rigorous, autonomous, responsive and proactive
• English (some meetings are held in English)

Responsabilités

• In close collaboration with the community manager, webmaster and social media manager, you will work to increase Handicap International’s visibility on social media and the web.
• You will respond to inquiries from Handicap International’s community in France across the different platforms.
• You will be responsible for identifying and engaging affinity communities and groups related to the organization’s activities and for creating content.
• You will also be responsible for analyzing this activity and contributing to the construction of dashboards.
• You will respond to users’ messages and moderate exchanges on social media.
• You will create varied content (text, visuals, videos, etc.) adapted to different digital channels.
• You will plan and publish content across platforms using the centralized tool Agorapulse.
• You will contribute to monitoring, identification and benchmarking activities, as well as influencer marketing projects.
