ADLIN in Paris is seeking a Production Observability and DevSecOps Engineer to join a technical team building and operating a platform across cloud, hosted, and on‑prem environments. You’ll work closely with the CTO, DevOps engineers and tech leads at the intersection of production, infrastructure and security.

Responsabilités

• Make production observable by building and improving monitoring, logging, metrics, dashboards and alerting.
• Improve reliability by identifying weak points, defining SLIs/SLOs and boosting availability, performance and recoverability.
• Respond to and remediate incidents; perform root-cause analysis and implement permanent improvements.
• Embed security in delivery by integrating vulnerability, dependency, container, IaC and secrets scanning into CI/CD.
• Manage vulnerabilities: qualify issues, prioritise risk and drive remediation.
• Harden infrastructure: improve Linux, container, network, IAM, secrets and TLS configurations.
• Own recovery readiness; maintain and test backups and disaster recovery procedures.
• Automate operations: replace repetitive security and production tasks with tooling and automation.

The Team

You join a technical team building and operating a platform across cloud, hosted and on-premise environments. You work closely with the CTO, DevOps engineers and tech leads in a technically rich environment combining health data, HPC, distributed services and data pipelines. You work at the intersection of production, infrastructure and security, alongside DevOps engineers, the CTO and tech leads.

What You'll Do

• Make production observable. Build and improve monitoring, logging, metrics, dashboards and alerting.
• Improve reliability. Identify weak points, define meaningful SLI/SLOs and improve availability, performance and recoverability.
• Respond and remediate. Investigate production and security incidents, perform root-cause analysis and turn findings into permanent improvements.
• Embed security in delivery. Integrate vulnerability, dependency, container, IaC and secrets scanning into CI/CD.
• Manage vulnerabilities. Qualify vulnerabilities, prioritize risk and drive remediation.
• Harden infrastructure. Improve Linux, container, network, IAM, secrets and TLS configurations.
• Own recovery readiness. Maintain and test backup, restore and disaster-recovery procedures.
• Automate operations. Replace repetitive security and production tasks with tooling and automation.

Nice-to-have

• 3–6+ years in SRE, DevSecOps, infrastructure security or production engineering
• Strong Linux and production troubleshooting skills
• Experience with observability and incident management
• Experience with vulnerability management and infrastructure security
• Good container, networking, DNS and TLS fundamentals
• Comfortable automating operational and security controls
• Able to distinguish meaningful risk from scanner noise
• Autonomous, pragmatic and comfortable working across teams
