Squad Group is seeking a DevSecOps consultant to join our Cloud Security, Networking, IT & OT practice in France. You will develop security tools, integrate security across the SDLC, and collaborate with development and operations teams to address vulnerabilities for our customers.

The role emphasizes automation of security tasks, monitoring of production environments, and selecting the right security tools to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering or business school, with a focus on infrastructure and/or development is a plus.
• At least two years of experience as a DevOps engineer and awareness of IT security issues.
• Knowledge of deployment automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, etc.), management tools (Kubernetes, Docker, etc.), and testing tools (Jenkins, SonarQube, etc.).
• Ability to work in a team and in a collaborative environment with development, IT security, and infrastructure teams.
• Certification in DevOps/DevSecOps tools and fluency in English are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement security tools and processes as part of the continuous software development and deployment lifecycle.
• Integrate security into the various phases of the application or software development lifecycle (planning, development, testing, and deployment).
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to identify vulnerabilities and threats and implement measures to address them with customers.
• Automate security tasks to speed up testing and deployments.
• Monitor production systems and applications to detect intrusions, vulnerabilities, and security incidents.
• Evaluate and select the appropriate security tools to meet customer needs.
