Jobtailor in Montpellier seeks an experienced DevOps Leader to shape and maintain the DevOps roadmap across the GridBeats portfolio. You will drive standardized, scalable practices and evaluate new tools for CI/CD, automation, DevSecOps, and observability.

You will lead design and continuous improvement of CI/CD pipelines, establish release management, and embed security into pipelines to ensure reliable, scalable software delivery.

Qualifications

• Define and maintain the DevOps roadmap across the GridBeats portfolio.
• Drive standardized, scalable DevOps practices across teams.
• Evaluate tools, frameworks, and platform capabilities for CI/CD, infra automation, DevSecOps, and observability.
• Lead design, implementation, and improvement of CI/CD pipelines.

• Define and maintain the DevOps roadmap across the GridBeats™ portfolio
• Drive the transition from fragmented development and release practices towards standardized, scalable, and efficient DevOps processes
• Evaluate new tools, frameworks, and platform capabilities
• Lead the design, implementation, and improvement of CI/CD pipelines
• Establish and maintain release management practices
• Embed security practices into development and delivery pipelines
• Define and improve telemetry, logging, monitoring, tracing, and alerting capabilities
• Support the implementation and maintenance of modern development environments
• Ensure DevOps practices support reliability and scalability
• Lead and support the DevOps team in execution and direction

• Define and improve telemetry, logging, monitoring, tracing, and alerting capabilities across systems and environments
