Job summary

Alignerr Corp. is seeking a Development Economist to shape how AI understands global and development economics. This fully remote, hourly contract role offers flexibility to influence AI training on poverty, inequality, growth, and development, with 10–40 hours per week.

You will review questions and explanations used in AI training datasets, assess AI-generated reasoning, and provide structured feedback to enhance factual accuracy and contextual nuance while leveraging your field experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in development economics or related fields.
• Strong command of global economic issues, data interpretation, and policy analysis.
• Ability to critically evaluate written economic reasoning with clarity.

Who You Are

• 3+ years of experience teaching, researching, or working in development economics
