We are a technological company engaged in the development, production and assembly of turnkey automated lines, conveyor and handling systems for the woodworking industry. We supply our customers with complete technological lines according to their wishes, from engineering through production and assembly to revival at the customer's place.

Main duties and responsibilities

• active participation in technical negotiations regarding the developed or upcoming projects
• preparation of preliminary plans, projects and proposals for technical solutions in the developed or upcoming projects
• active participation in the creation of price offers and the proposal of preliminary technical solutions developed or upcoming projects
• creation of construction workshop drawing documentation
• preparation of technical documentation such as instructions for operation and maintenance of equipment, lists of spare parts, lubrication schedules, pneumatic and hydraulic diagrams, etc.
• production of technological drawing documentation such as drawings of welds with subsequent processing, drawings of castings and forgings, drawings of sheet metal bent parts with work procedure, plans for carving with water jet, plasma and oxygen, plans for cutting, instructions for heat treatment and surface treatment, etc.
• the use of AutoCAD and Inventor software when creating the above documentation
• use of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet software when creating the above documentation
• preparation of lists of solid material, purchased parts, cooperative parts, etc.
• negotiation of important purchased parts with representatives of supplier companies, submission of recommendations on the preferential use of purchased parts
• active participation during the production of the proposed equipment
• active participation in the installation of equipment at the end user and putting the equipment into operation
• active participation in solving warranty and post-warranty service
• active communication and cooperation with other departments of the company
• archiving of completed documentation and data according to the instructions of the superior worker or IT managers
• performance of other tasks assigned by superiors in terms of job requirements
• assembly, disassembly and repair of machine technology equipment at home and abroad - chief fitte
