Heritage Farm & Garden in France's Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region is seeking a friendly Greenhouse Sales Associate (Full-Time) to help customers select plants, answer care questions, and create visually appealing in-store displays. The role blends greenhouse sales with creative merchandising and plant styling to enhance the shopping experience.

You will maintain plant health, support restocking, operate the POS, and merchandise seasonal displays with a design-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Experience with greenhouse or retail plants preferred.
• Design-oriented merchandising or styling experience required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in greenhouse heat and humidity.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with plant selection, care questions, and product recommendations.
• Create design-focused plant and floral arrangements for in-store displays.
• Maintain greenhouse cleanliness, organization, and plant health.
• Merchandise seasonal displays with a design-driven approach.
