L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty is offering a 6-month internship starting January 2027 in Pharma & Medical Communication. The role supports medical material development, launches campaigns, and market analysis within a leading dermocosmetics division.

The ideal candidate is a Master's student with a science degree and supplementary marketing studies, fluent in English, and eager to learn across brands and divisions at a global beauty leader.

Qualifications

• Master's student on a gap year or completing an end-of-studies internship.
• Degree in a scientific discipline such as Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, or Cosmetic Science, with additional studies in marketing, business, or communication.
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills; able to translate complex scientific concepts into clear messages.

Responsibilities

• Support creation and review of medical and scientific communication materials for pharmacists and doctors, coordinating with external agencies.
• Work with Product Management and Medical Marketing to develop launch campaigns and activations for healthcare professionals.
• Analyze the market, monitor trends in pharma and dermocosmetics, and conduct competitive benchmarking.
• Support relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals for educational projects and events.
• Conduct literature reviews to support scientific storytelling.
• Assist in organizing medical congresses, events, and training sessions.
