L’Oréal Groupe is offering a 6-month Marketing internship starting January 2027 in the Dermatological Beauty Division. Master’s students (gap year or end-of-studies internship) will explore Operational or Development Marketing, collaborating across international teams to design launches and optimize brand performance.

The program emphasizes content creation, 360 activations, and close agency collaboration, with English or French fluency and strong Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint).

Qualifications

• Master’s student, currently on a gap year or completing end-of-studies internship.
• Fluent in English or French (if required).
• Strong skills in marketing project management including 360° activations and material development.
• Content production with agency management and pre/post-production follow-up, plus writing and translating product pages.
• Event organization; proficient with the Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills; creative, resourceful, organized and proactive.

Responsabilités

• Product development: create concepts for launches, analyze brand performance and competitors, partner with markets worldwide.
• Operational marketing: collaborate with international development teams, adapt assets to market needs, support sales.
