Your key responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve operational processes to support business growth and efficiency.
  • Act as a strategic partner to the headquarters, contributing to the design and local implementation of global initiatives.
  • Collaborate with leadership on the definition and execution of long-term business strategies and key partnerships.
  • Develop performance models to optimize project and portfolio outcomes.
  • Define and monitor KPIs, analyze results, and identify improvements to guide decision-making.
  • Lead the planning and coordination of new projects across cross-functional teams.
  • Set priorities, allocate resources, and ensure clear task distribution within the team.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team with a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous learning.
  • Ensure operational strategy execution and support day-to-day excellence.
  • Work collaboratively across departments and senior stakeholders to align on goals and deliver results.
Your profile
  • Academic background in Finance, Economics, Business or similar.
  • Proven experience in team management, with strong leadership and people development skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive results in a collaborative environment
  • Advanced analytical thinking and proficiency with tools such as Excel, Power BI, SQL, or similar.
  • Excellent communication, synthesis, and presentation skills across different audiences.
  • Full professional fluency in English (spoken and written); other languages are a plus.
