The Company seeks a Deputy CTO to partner with the CTO and lead its global engineering org. You will own engineering delivery, platform modernization, data governance, and regulatory compliance across divisions to scale high-frequency trading and asset management platforms.

Based in a role that spans strategy to execution, you will drive an engineering cadence, manage budgets, mentor VPs, and align technology with business objectives while navigating MiCA, DORA and SOC 2 milestones.

Qualifications

• Experience leading global engineering teams.
• Proven track record in multi-division scale & consolidation.
• Experience with regulated environments (MiCA, DORA, SOC 2).
• Strong executive communication skills.
• Familiarity with Rust in trading infrastructure.

Responsabilités

• Run day-to-day global engineering operations.
• Own OKRs, monthly reviews and delivery pipelines.
• Deputize for the CTO with the Board, ExCo, and external partners.
• Lead platform consolidation & data strategy.
• Cybersecurity execution & compliance.
• Manage the global engineering budget, vendor relationships, and scale the team across regions.
