Job summary

Intermountain Health in Denver, CO seeks a neonatologist to join Saint Joseph Hospital's Level III NICU and affiliated hospitals. You will lead clinical care, mentor staff, and participate in education and research initiatives.

We offer a guaranteed base salary of $370,000 with a $10,000 annual quality incentive and a $25,000 signing bonus, plus relocation assistance. A comprehensive benefits package supports wellbeing and professional growth.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board-certified or board-eligible neonatologist credential.
• Active Utah medical license or ability to obtain one.
• US ACGME pediatric residency completed.
• Fellowship in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine completed.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive neonatal care for newborns, including evaluations and treatment plans.
• Perform resuscitation and life-saving interventions as needed.
• Administer medications, procedures, and monitor critically ill or premature infants.
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and specialists.
• Support parents with information and emotional support.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with policies.
• Lead and mentor neonatal nurses, students, and residents.
