Qualifications

• Capacité avérée à prospérer dans des environnements collaboratifs et dynamiques.
• Compétences en analyse de processus pour optimisation et amélioration.
• Maîtrise du français et bonnes compétences en anglais.

Responsabilités

• Consolider les rapports de demande cliniques et non cliniques.
• Générer des rapports d'allocation de produits IP/DP/DS mensuellement.
• Soumettre des demandes de commandes de fabrication en gros.

Main Responsibilities

• Consolidate clinical & non-clinical demand reports (API, DP, IMP).
• Generate IP/DP/DS Allocation reports & associated documentation monthly and upon changes.
• Plan and track product delivery with associated ERP tasks and documentation.
• Contribute to the Regulatory alignment report monthly and as needed.
• Submit DP Bulk Manufacturing Order requests.
• Update Marketed Product Needs in Compass.
• Prepare PAI reports.
• Analyze processes for optimization and improvement.

• Skills: Supply & clinical knowledge
