Job summary

Eaton is hiring a DELMIA Ortems (APS) Lead Analyst in France/Europe to drive design, implementation and optimization of advanced production planning solutions. You will collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain and IT to configure Ortems and improve efficiency across operations.

Responsibilities include leading technical delivery from requirements through go-live, developing scheduling models, and ensuring seamless integration with ERP and MES.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least 2 years experience with DELMIA Ortems.
• Experience delivering APS solutions in manufacturing environments.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and enhancement of DELMIA Ortems solutions.
• Design production scheduling, capacity planning, and resource management processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into planning solutions.
• Develop and optimise scheduling models and planning scenarios.
• Support integration between APS, ERP, MES, and other systems.
• Drive testing, validation, performance optimisation, and continuous improvement.
• Provide technical leadership from design to go-live and support.
• Create and maintain functional and technical documentation.
