The Boys Farmers Market is seeking a reliable driver to operate company trucks and vans for deliveries in Florida, ensuring safety and compliance with DOT regulations. You will load, unload, and deliver products to customers in a timely, professional manner.

You must follow all safety policies, complete required paperwork, and maintain accurate records. Flexible availability including early mornings and occasional weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL preferred; license type may be A or B.
• Strong knowledge of road safety rules and transportation regulations.
• Experience delivering goods by truck or van.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items when required.
• Good time management and organization.
• Professional communication with customers and management.

Responsabilités

• Safely operate company trucks and vans for deliveries and pickups.
• Load, secure, and unload products in a safe manner.
• Deliver to customers and locations in a timely, professional fashion.
• Follow DOT regulations and company safety policies.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain delivery records, logs, and required paperwork.
• Ensure proper handling of products to prevent damage.
• Communicate effectively with management.
• Report vehicle issues, accidents, or delays promptly.
• Assist with warehouse or loading dock duties as needed.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
• Maintain flexible availability, including early mornings and some weekends.

Job Summary

Driver is responsible for safely operating company trucks and vans to deliver products to assigned locations in a timely and professional manner. This position will only drive in Florida. This position includes, but is not limited to, transporting goods, loading and unloading deliveries, completing required paperwork, and ensuring vehicle safety and compliance with all transportation regulations.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company trucks and vans for scheduled deliveries and pickups.
• Load, secure, and unload products in a safe and efficient manner.
• Deliver products to customers and locations in a timely and professional manner.
• Follow all DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations and company safety policies.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safe operation.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, logs, and required paperwork.
• Ensure proper handling of products to prevent damage during transport.
• Communicate effectively with Management
• Report any vehicle issues, accidents, or delays immediately to management.
• Assist with warehouse or loading dock duties as needed.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by management.
• Must have flexible availability, including early mornings and occasional weekends.

Requirements

• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL Class A or B preferred).
• Strong knowledge of road safety rules and transportation regulations.
• Ability to safely operate delivery trucks, vans, and related equipment.
• Previous delivery or driving experience required
• Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items as required.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills and professional customer service attitude.
• Ability to work independently and follow delivery schedules accurately.
