Crown Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Decorator Mechanic to set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot decorating equipment for beverage can production. You will ensure efficient production and high-quality decoration processes across shifts.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or a technical degree in mechanics, industrial maintenance, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as a mechanic or operator in a manufacturing environment, preferably with experience in printing, decorating, or packaging machinery.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Familiarity with pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems and controls is a plus.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required.
