Kleep is building the intelligence layer for fashion e-commerce, turning data into sharper recommendations used by 300+ brands. You will work with a senior team in Paris and New York to productionize models and prove gains through live A/B tests, taking ideas from hypothesis to shipped product.

The role demands curiosity, rapid learning, and the ability to own end-to-end ML lifecycle within an entrepreneurial environment. CDI, full-time, based in Paris (9th arrondissement).

Qualifications

• Turn data into product by building production-ready models for fashion e-commerce.
• 3+ years of experience in data science / ML roles.
• Comfort turning hypotheses into shipped analytics and models.

Responsabilités

• Improve the models behind sizing and discovery recommendations.
• Design and analyze live A/B tests to prove improvements on client traffic.
• Turn product and client questions into analyses that ship in the product.
• Own the full lifecycle of your models, including quality, accuracy and performance.
