Worldline is seeking a Product Owner Data within the Data Office to lead planning, governance, and delivery for our data platform. The role acts as the single entry point for Data Office initiatives and collaborates with architects and data engineers to translate priorities into executable plans.

You will steer strategy, manage risks, and ensure documentation and quality standards while mentoring the team and driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced payments tech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field; Master's preferred.
• Experience in Project Management, Product Operations or Digital Transformation.
• Proven track record managing complex, multi-disciplinary data or technology initiatives from concept through delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder management: coordinate across teams, finance, and senior leadership.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills: fluent in English.
• Agile and proactive: ability to drive initiatives independently.
• Familiarity with Big Data technologies and cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure).
• Familiarity with BI tools, PowerBI and Excel.
• Familiarity with planning and documentation tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Professional certifications (PMP, SAFe, Scrum Master/Product Owner).
• Prior experience in payments or fintech industry.

• Conduct capacity planning: assess resource needs and optimize allocation.
