A leading technology company is looking for a Data Product Lead to oversee the development and delivery of data products in their Birkirkara, Malta office. The successful candidate will have over 5 years of experience in data product management and 3 years in a leadership role. Key responsibilities include mentoring a team, defining product strategy, and managing project execution. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data product management, BI, or data analytics.

Data Product Lead [Relocation to Malta Required]

As a Data Product Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of data products that drive key business decisions and strategies. You will lead a team of data product owners to ensure the successful implementation of data solutions that align with the company’s goals.

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of data product owners;
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment;
• Provide regular feedback and conduct performance evaluations.

Product Management

• Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for data products;
