Crossing Hurdles is seeking a Paralegal/Privacy Specialist to conduct spot-checks of transformed datasets for proper redaction of PII and to ensure compliance with data privacy standards.

You will perform detailed document reviews, assess datasets for missed or mishandled sensitive information, and provide actionable feedback to improve privacy controls and governance.

Experience in eDiscovery, legal document review, and data governance in high-stakes environments is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract review and QA within data/privacy/compliance.
• Knowledge of PII and data privacy regulations.
• Background as Paralegal, Privacy Specialist, or similar role.
• Experience in legal document review and litigation support.
• Experience handling sensitive data in high-stakes environments.

Requirements

• Strong background in contract review, quality assurance, eDiscovery, and compliance processes.
• In-depth understanding of Personal Identifiable Information (PII) and data privacy regulations.
• Background as a Paralegal, eDiscovery Specialist, Privacy Analyst, Information Governance Specialist, Compliance Manager, or Legal Document Review Lead.
• Experience in legal document review, litigation support, or managed legal services.
• Proven track record of working with sensitive data in high-stakes environments.
