Servier is seeking a Data Office Director for the General Secretary department to define and implement a pivotal data strategy in a global environment. You will maximize value from population data, guide governance, and ensure high data quality across the group.

You will lead data architecture, map current and target architectures, manage data projects (BI, AI) with cross-functional teams, and act as a SPOC between technical and functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of diverse data-focused experience.
• Advanced degree in data-related field (Master/PhD).
• Proficient in English; strong communication across functions.
• Experience in AGILE project management and data governance.
• Knowledge of health data standards and regulations is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Define the data strategy, data roadmap and ensure implementation.
• Manage data pipeline and data needs prioritization in roadmap.
• In conjunction with GS PMO, oversee data projects (BI, AI).
• Ensure data governance alignment with Group standards and regulations.
