Une entreprise spécialisée en environnement en France recherche un Data Manager pour développer et améliorer les données QHSE. Le candidat idéal aura au moins 5 ans d'expérience, sera compétent en Excel et Power BI, et aura de bonnes compétences en communication. Le poste exigera la conception de KPIs et de tableaux de bord et implique un contact régulier avec les équipes IT et de gestion opérationnelle.

The data Manager plays a central role in building, maintaining, improving and evolving the Quality, Health & Safety and Environment (QHSE) data that will contribute to the operational excellence of the division.

For this, the incumbent will focus on building the QHSE KPIs and dashboards in cooperation with the local and central QHSE, the controlling and the IT teams. He / she will provide ad hoc reports upon request and monitor QHSE data.

This role is part of the newly created divisional Technology and Sustainability team and is reporting to the QHSE Director of Ingredients and Energy.

Key responsibilities :

• KPIs and dashboards design -
• Support the central QHSE team in defining relevant KPIs at different organizational levels
• Design dashboards in cooperation with the central QHSE team
• Data collection & analysis :
• Oversee the collection of QHSE relevant data by coordinating with the controlling team and operational management in the Saria countries
• Develop relevant tools and processes to guarantee data quality and a “single point of truth”.
• Develop a strong network with the plants / countries and ability to collect ad hoc requests
• Prepare reports for QHSE managers and proactively suggest ideas for improvement
• Data governance :
• Design and implement data governance framework for QHSE metrics
• Proactively identify data sources and promote automation together with IT teams
• IT integration :
• Single point of contact between QHSE and IT regarding data management. Integration in the CARE project team : CARE is a group-wide data management and visualisation initiative.
• Work with IT to simplify data collection and storage
• Work with different data sources (Excel, ERP, SQL...).

Profile

• At least 5 years of overall experience, with 2-3 in working in a similar role in data treatment and various KPIs ideally in a QHSE environment
• Good data analytical competencies, skilled in excel, Power BI and other similar tools
• Very good relational and communication skills, able to connect and persuade various audiences
• Preferred : knowledge of operational / QHSE indicators (ex. energy management, safety, non-conformities…)
• Fluent in English, any other language (mainly French, German or Spanish) would be a plus
