RadNet seeks an Associate Data Manager to join our Data Team and collaborate with radiologists, product managers, AI engineers, and software developers. You will design tooling, dashboards, and data pipelines to access, explore, and leverage complex medical data across modalities.

You will surface actionable insights from the data lake, help shape data collection, and build representative, medically consistent datasets while ensuring high data quality and governance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a health-related field is required.
• Proficiency in a programming language (ideally Python) and comfortable with databases (BigQuery, MongoDB).
• Strong reasoning, analytical mindset, and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Design and maintain tooling (pipelines, dashboards, automation) for the Data Team and stakeholders.
• Surface actionable insights from the data lake for product, AI, and clinical teams.
• Be the Data expert in at least one squad and guide data collection.
• Build and structure medically consistent datasets.
• Establish annotation guidelines and training to ensure quality.
• Oversee AI algorithm performance refinements.
