What you’ll do

Doctolib is looking for a Data excellence senior associate to strengthen the newly created HCP (Healthcare Practitioners) Data Platform team.

Your main missions will be to :

• Maximize our Prospects Target addressable market to enable Sales & Marketing growth
• Improve our database quality
• Join forces with our product and ops teams to scale our processes

As a Data excellence senior associate, you will be the main point of contact of our local sales & marketing teams based in France, Germany and Italy.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to :

Be the main point of contact regarding prospect data :

• Work with all teams to propose the right governance & business processes to ensure our data standards (eg. Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Products…)
• Propose ambitious roadmaps to achieve our goals

Lead complex data excellence projects :

• Lead, scope, drive & deliver data excellence projects (data analysis, data strategy, quality, data sourcing, Sales processes & change management, etc.)
• Build scalable & lasting solutions by yourself or via our internal partners (Data Analytics, Data Operations, Product teams)
• Ensure our database is efficient, complete & accurate and provide market knowledge on our prospect & competitors (Salesforces, MDM)

Who you are

You could be our next team mate if you :

• You graduated from a Business School or Engineering School;
• You have at least 3 to 5 years of experience as a consultant, business or data analyst with strong business & data sense. You also have a fast and successful track record in a B2B SaaS company or consulting firm;
• You’re highly proficient in writing SQL queries, including complex joins, and have extensive experience working with large databases.;
• You have experience in leading projects
• English is mandatory, French / German / Italian are a plus.

Now, it would be fantastic if you have :

• Python knowledge & development experience
• Experience with CRM (e.g. Salesforces) or MDM (Reltio)
