Addepto is seeking a Data Engineer to join a senior engineering team and help build a greenfield data platform. You will blend strong backend engineering with data ingestion, processing, and automation to deliver scalable, production-ready solutions.

You will work with Python, Django, Snowflake, and cloud services on diverse data projects for global clients, with a focus on data quality, reliability and performance.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of commercial experience in Backend Engineering, Data Engineering, or building production data-intensive systems.
• Strong programming skills in Python with a focus on clean, production-ready code.
• Proven hands-on experience with Snowflake as a modern cloud data platform.
• Hands-on experience with Django and building REST APIs.

Responsabilités

• Design and develop scalable data ingestion pipelines for file-based and API sources.
• Build and maintain backend components for data processing, validation, and integration.
• Design and develop REST APIs using Python and Django.
• Implement robust data quality, validation, and error-handling mechanisms.
• Work with cloud data platforms and warehouses and orchestration tools like Airflow.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and production environments.
