Responsabilités

• Участвовать в кодовой базе, выпускать Production изменения.

Описание:

Voodoo creates mobile games and apps to entertain the world. Its portfolio includes games such as Mob Control and Block Jam, as well as apps such as BeReal and Wizz. The Engineering & Data team builds technology products and platforms for Voodoo’s gaming and consumer apps, while the Central Data & Analytics team develops data foundations that support business and product decisions.

Задачи:

• Build and operate robust data pipelines that support evolving business needs and clean architecture
• Contribute to the codebase, ship and maintain production changes, and promote strong coding and data engineering practices
• Use AI coding tools in daily workflows for pipelines, migrations, tests, and documentation, while remaining accountable for merged work
• Explore AI applications within the data platform, including LLM-assisted data quality checks, semantic layers, natural-language dataset access, and agent-driven internal tooling
• Own projects from initial discussions through release, including estimation, scoping, architecture design, technology benchmarking, and product feedback
• Work in an agile environment with a fast decision process
• Collaborate with back-end engineers, data scientists, mobile game and consumer app teams, product, and marketing

Требования:

• Extensive experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role
• Proven experience building and optimizing data pipelines for massive data volumes at scale
• Strong experience with scalability, reliability, and security
• Hands-on experience with AI assistants and agentic tools, including providing context, breaking down work, and critically reviewing their output
• Curiosity about modern tooling and practices, with the ability to evaluate and explain the adoption or rejection of tools
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with unstructured datasets
• Experience with Amazon Web Services
• Result-oriented approach and focus on the value created by the work
• Curiosity about business needs and interest in building pragmatic data solutions that grow the business
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Будет плюсом: experience with LLM-based systems (RAG, evals, prompt and context engineering), experience in gaming, advertising, or another fast-growing company, familiarity with Voodoo’s gaming, apps, advertising, and analytics ecosystem
